Applicants are to write down the name of the grant or scholarship, the date awarded, and the institution or governments that sponsored the awards. But if you have never been offered one before, there is no need, including it in the design of your CV.
Licenses and certifications: This is for professionals with some certifications and licenses, include the date and the institutions from where you earned the awards.
