This scheme has the scholarship funding known as the Hungarian Government Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme, and this is the 2020 version of the educational funding scheme for students who are currently from their 400 Levels students to several postgraduate studies.

The Scholarship Description
The Hungarian Government Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship is one of the free scholarships that allow students from various countries to undergo their studies in Hungary for free.
The Hungarian Government Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme 2020/2021 has been in existence for a while with the mission to increase the number of international students in Hungary and to encourage Hungarian higher education institutions to attract top international students.
This scholarship is one of the most consecutive international scholarship opportunities for students from developing countries.
Also, the scholarship award is one of the Bilateral Agreement Scholarship Awards signed between the Ministries responsible for education in the sending countries and Hungary or between institutions only.

This scholarship is only for international students.

Number of awards for the Hungarian Government Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme 2020/2021
Here is the sponsorship duration for the scholarship:
Bachelor programmes: Fulltime: 2-4 years; The Partial: 1 or 2 semesters
Master programmes: Fulltime: 1.5-2 years; and that of partial is 1 or 2 semesters
One-tier master programmes: Fulltime: 5-6 years; Partial: 1 or 2 semesters
Doctoral programmes: Fulltime: 2+2 years; Partial: 1 or 2 semesters
Preparatory course in the Hungarian language: 1 year
Other preparatory and specialisation courses: up to 1 year
Method of Application
If your local language is not among the languages covered by the Hungarian, then it has to be translated, and the translations have to be submitted as well as the copy of the original document.

As stated earlier, all the required documents are details are to be submitted to the online application surface by all applicants by the deadline of 16 February (until 12:00 PM Central European Time).

This scholarship application does not attract any fee; candidates are advised to not apply through any external agent.
