- General Certificate of Education (GCE / IGCSE) specifications
- Sustainable Design Engineering: 5 ‘O’ levels in suitable subjects with no grade below 65% and 1 AS level in Mathematics (minimum grade B)
- Science: 5 levels of ‘O’ in related subjects and 1 level of AS in Mathematics (minimum grade B)
- Business: 5 ‘O’ levels in Mathematics in the required subjects with a minimum grade of B

Within apartments, all living areas/rooms are housed. There are 3 to 4 rooms in each apartment, split between single and double room options. It also includes a bathroom that is private or shared.

Students interested in living in the Student Residences of the University of Canada in Egypt should follow the steps below:
- Once you have got your offer letter from the University of Canada in Egypt, the faster, the better.
- Send student.residence@uofcanada.edu.egu. a copy of your bid with proof of payment for your tuition deposit.
- Complete both the application form for housing and the form for parental release/emergency.
- Review and send out the completed forms to student.residence@uofcanada.edu.eg.
- Pay the 5000 EGP down payment to the Student Residences and provide student.residence@uofcanada.edu.eg with proof of payment. To see the various payment methods, please follow this link.
- You will be allocated a room based on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the above items.
- In the first week of school, all residence fees must be charged.

Deals for rooms
The bus fares would be reduced by 25 percent for students living in student accommodation.
Students applying for housing can receive a 50 percent discount on assigned room fees for the 2020-21 academic year.
Fee Plan for 2020–2021:
Fees for room choice
- 50,000 EGP: Single bed with a bathroom
- EGP 42,000: Single room with no toilet
- EGP 38,000: Double space with no toilet
2020-21 Withdrawal and Refund Policy:
- July 5 -August 31: Down-payment for housing is refundable.
- September 1-19: Non-refundable deposit.
- September 20-October 8: Fifty percent of the non-refundable dorm fees are:
- Single with bath: EGP 12,500
- Single with no bathroom: EGP 10,500
- Double with no bathroom: EGP 9,500
4. Last day of occupancy, October 9: 100% of dorm fees are non-refundable
