Just like every other leadership sphere, school principals were seen as school managers. This indicates that they are in charge of the student welfare both academically and emotionally within the school atmosphere.

Create Fun activities

You can try out Scavenger Hunt: A scavenger hunt can help students become familiar with their environment

For younger students, create a list with pictured clues that they need to find and check off as they go. Include items such as find the puzzles and book corner.

For the older students, create a checklist and list things such as look for the homework basket, look for the class etc.

 Create Ice Breaker activities

The first day of school can be very awkward when students do not recognize any familiar faces.

To “break the ice” and thaw out some of the first day jitters, provide a few fun activities like a human scavenger hunt, or trivia.
